Refunds & withdrawal

This policy applies to the annual subscription for patchdeb repository access. Sale, invoicing and payment processing are handled by our reseller and merchant of record Paddle.com Market Ltd. (“Paddle”). Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf and paid back to the original means of payment.

Requesting a refund

Simply send us a short message, the quickest routes are:

• By email to info@patchdeb.com, quoting your order or invoice number (it is in your Paddle purchase confirmation).
• Directly through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.

Within the 30 days no reason is required. With the refund, the repository access is deactivated. Packages already installed remain on your servers; they are subject to the PHP License and the licences of the components they contain.

Processing time

Refunds are usually initiated within a few working days. Depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take a few more days until the credit appears on your account.

Cancelling the subscription

The subscription runs for twelve months and renews for a further twelve months unless it is cancelled before the end of the term. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the term through the Paddle customer portal (link in your purchase confirmation) or by email to info@patchdeb.com. A cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current period; access remains in place until the end of the paid term.

Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

Our offer is directed at businesses. Should, exceptionally, a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB place an order, they have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. If the consumer has expressly requested that we begin providing access before the withdrawal period expires, they owe us, in the event of withdrawal, a reasonable amount for the service provided up to the withdrawal (§ 357a (2) BGB). Irrespective of this, our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies in every case and, during that time, goes further than the statutory right of withdrawal.

Information on withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eduard Mehrtens e.K., Am Hagen 15, 28790 Schwanewede, Germany, email: info@patchdeb.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the period expires. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal, less the amount for a service already provided under the preceding paragraph. For the reimbursement we use the same means of payment you used for the order.
